Plain terms for a small, owner-run place. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it properly.

Enquiries & your data

When you send an enquiry through this site, the form collects the name and contact detail you give us and your message. That information is delivered to our enquiry inbox through the form service Web3Forms, and we use it only to reply to you and to arrange a possible stay or sale.

We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We keep your message only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. If you would like us to delete it, email stay@thesummer.place and we will.

Stays & bookings

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Dates, rates and the terms of a stay are agreed in writing before anything is held. The villas let on a minimum stay of one month, with staff, cleaning, pool care, utilities and wifi. The sale of the east villa, Sunrise, is offered to non-citizens on a freehold basis held through a foreign-owned company (PMA); full company and title documents are shared with serious enquiries.

Accuracy

The descriptions and photographs here are given in good faith and show the finished villas. Distances and travel times are approximate, and nearby places — beaches, restaurants, the gym and the like — are mentioned as local context and are not run by us.
