The Summer Place is two finished villas, Sunrise (east) and Sunset (west), on a 600 m² freehold plot inside Pecatu Indah Resort, above Dreamland, on the Bukit peninsula of Bali. Each villa is roughly 300 m² and sleeps 6, with 3 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a mezzanine office and library, a private plunge pool, and a garden and rooftop terrace.

Each villa rents from ~USD 5,000 a month. The minimum stay is one month. Staff, cleaning, pool care, utilities and wifi are included. Booking is by enquiry — no online checkout.

Sunrise, the east villa, is for sale. Price on enquiry. It is held freehold through a foreign-owned company (PMA), the structure used for freehold ownership in Indonesia by non-citizens. Sunset can be acquired alongside it, giving the whole plot. The villa already lets at around USD 5,000 a month.
